Validus offers a simplistic approach that offers flexibility.  Just one membership payment will grant you access to all the properties, services, and amenities.  As our company expands across the globe, additional special interest packages will be available, such as Private Jet hours and Extreme Vacations.  Compare the benefits and costs of a Validus Membership with other vacation options in our Cost Analysis. Membership Plans. Our membership can also be used in a Family or Corporate Plan.  This offers perks such as Family Transfers, and the ability to allow clients, employees and vendors usage of the properties without the member being present. Family members, friends or guests are allowed if accompanied by a member in a standard Validus membership.

Associate Plan. Validus has designed limited memberships based on the number of weeks, without sacrificing the quality, selection or service. The Associate Plan works in the same fashion as the Individual Membership; however carries a maximum vacation period of (4) four weeks. The Individual pays a one-time Membership deposit with a refundable resignation equal to 75% of the original deposit.

Individual Plan. The Validus Individual Membership is designed for one principal partner with an optional spousal, or significant other that can be added as a partner. The individual and/or partner must be present during the stay. Individual members pay a one-time membership deposit with a refundable resignation equal to 100% of the original deposit.

Family Plan. The Validus Family Membership allows the immediate family, or as approved by a manager, to access the membership benefits. It also includes special Senior and Children’s Activities and Planning that is unavailable through the Individual plan. Family plans can also be transferred between family members, but the primary member remains the same. The member pays a one-time membership deposit with a refundable resignation equal to 100% of the original deposit. The deposit is refunded to the listed Primary Member. A transfer fee may apply.

Corporate Plan. The Validus Corporate Membership allows approved employees and clients to vacation at the properties without an accompanied member or additional fees. This plan also allows two residences to be reserved on the same days. Guests must be over the age of twenty-five (25). The corporation pays a one-time membership deposit but is not guaranteed a refund upon resignation if a corporation withdraws after two years of membership.  Ask Validus how we can accommodate your special corporate events.
